One mould at a time, so every bar is stirred, poured and cut by hand — and checked before it leaves the rack.

Weeks on an open-air rack while the water leaves and the bar hardens — nothing ships until it’s fully cured.
Curated Recipes
Every recipe starts as a small test loaf, used at home for weeks, then adjusted and retested. Only once it earns its place do we pour a batch for shipping.
